How does pricing work?+
Every itinerary is line-item priced: park fees, transport, accommodation, meals we book, and our planning fee, all visible before you pay anything. If a cost changes, you see exactly why.
How fast will I hear back?+
Enquiries sent before 8pm EAT get a response the same day, usually within a couple of hours. A full priced itinerary follows within 48 hours.
Do you only cover Nairobi?+
Nairobi is home base, but we plan the whole Kenyan trip: the coast, the Mara, day trips and everything between, with the ground transport that connects them. We don't book flights, so you keep control of those, and we build the itinerary around the times you've got.
Do you book flights?+
No. We don't book or sell flights, international or domestic. You book those yourself, which keeps you in control of your own tickets and any changes. Send us your flight times and we build everything on the ground around them.
Can you handle group and family trips?+
Yes: multi-household diaspora trips are our specialty. Multiple pick-ups, mixed budgets within one group, and one shared plan everyone can see.
How do payments work?+
You approve the written itinerary first. Then a deposit secures bookings, with the balance due before travel. We accept bank transfer and card; every payment maps to a line on your itinerary.
