You are sending money abroad. Here is exactly where it goes.
Most people who book with us have never met us in person. You might be in London, Houston or Toronto, sending four figures to a company you found online, for a trip on another continent. That deserves a straight answer rather than a line of small print.

Protected against our insolvency
We sell packages as a UK organiser, which means we carry a legal duty to protect the money you pay us. If Rudi & Co. were ever to become insolvent, your money is refunded, and if you were already travelling, arrangements are made to bring you home.
Your money is held, not spent
Customer money is kept separate from the money that runs the business. It is released to suppliers as your trip is delivered, never to pay last month’s bills.
Priced in writing before you pay
You get a written, line-item itinerary with a price and a validity date. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you approve it, and any change is re-priced in writing.
No flights, so no ATOL certificate
Our packages do not include flights and we do not arrange, book or sell them. That means no ATOL certificate is issued for your booking, correctly so. You book your own flights and keep control of your tickets.

Your trip is delivered on the ground by independent, licensed Kenyan suppliers: drivers, guides, camps and hotels we have used ourselves. We remain responsible to you for the performance of the package we sold you, so if a supplier fails to deliver, you come to us and we put it right.
